Procurement & Site module

Inventory & Stores in Mango ERP

Know what material is on every site, where it went, and what you do not need to buy again.

What it is

What does the Inventory & Stores module do?

Inventory & Stores keeps a store for every project: material received against the purchase order, issued to work, returned or transferred to another site. Storekeepers update it from the phone, stock levels are live for purchase and site teams, and every movement is traceable to a project and cost code — which cuts duplicate buying and unexplained wastage.

The problem it solves

01

Stock known only on site

Head office cannot see what each store holds, so material is bought again while it sits on another site.

02

Issues not recorded

Material leaves the store without a record of which work it went to.

03

Transfers that disappear

Stock moved between sites is not tracked, and the books never match the ground.

Issue to work

Transfers between projects

Live stock by store

See quantities in every project store before placing a new order.
