What does the Tender & Bidding module do?

The Tender & Bidding module (Mango's BD Bidding System) keeps every tender your company prices in one register — bid preparation, pricing, evaluation and approval — with the full bidding history kept for the next bid. When you win, the approved tender becomes the project budget, so the numbers you bid on are the numbers you control against.
